What is Coaching?
Coaching is an invitation to curiosity.
Coaches are guides, helping you explore new and exciting territory: your goals, your personal growth, or your family goals & growth.
We listen to you and ask questions to help you find the answers within yourself.
We encourage you and celebrate with you when you reach a new milestone.
We are accountability partners, helping you discover and overcome obstacles that stand in your way of growth and change.
Coaching is different from therapy in that therapy looks towards
healing the past and coaching looks towards the future. Coaching focuses on outer action with measurable results, whereas therapy focuses on
the inner conscious or subconscious mind.

Hi, I am Rebecca. I am a wife, a mother of 5 boys and an adventurer.
I love deep conversations, walks in the woods with my dog, Vesper, going for a run on a rainy day, movie night with my family, photography and anything that involves travel or being somewhere new.
I don't sit still easily, but prefer to be out experiencing something that I've never done before or having fun with friends.
I'm excited to meet you and be part of your journey.
